For all series of Boox eReaders, there are three main utilized E-ink displays — Mobius, glass-base and Acrylic screen.
E-ink Mobius is an E-paper technology applied on Poke Pro, Nova, Note, Max2, Max2 Pro, and it will be substantially lighter and thinner than products using glass base. Besides, it can provide an authentic paper-like writing feeling.
The glass-based screen has a remarkable improvement in viewing and reading experience. The latest Boox models Note Pro and Nova Pro adopt this screen cover on a Mobius display. Glass-based screens are scratch-resistant so do not have to worry about how hard your stylus is.
Acrylic display is an awesome balance between Mobius and glass base, and it is light, scratch-resistant, but not crispy as glass. Compared to other displays, it is a little less transparent.
