I found that it would shift slightly when I use the stylus pen on Boox, what should I do?

1. This issue might be caused by the magnet which is in the case. In this case, please take off the case and check if the problem persists.
2. How can I calibrate the stylus pen? Please go to the Settings -- Calibration -- use the stylus to click the Start button to calibrate your screen and see if it works.

If that does not work, please submit this on the Service Request Form with all information needed.
