I connect my Boox device to the computer and it could not be recognized by the computer, what shall I do?

1. Please check the USB preference when connecting the device to the computer by using the USB C cable.
2. If the problem persisted, please try to connect by using another USB C cable, and please check if your PC is up-to-date
3. Please check if USB drivers are up to date
If the PC and driver are up to date but the problem persisted, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.
