You are suggested to follow the next steps.
1. Please go to the Settings and find the model name. Click the right button of the model name and find the capacitive touch version of your device.
2. Please reboot your device and try how it goes. If the capacitive touch is workable sometimes and the capacitive touch version is unknown, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Our colleague will transfer the firmware update then.
