What Can I do If Unable To Sync My Notes

Our US server has been under maintenance recently, and we deeply understand that synchronization matters to all users. To help our users sync notes promptly and reduce the traffic to the US server, we activate a new EUR server.

European customers can sync notes to the new European (EUR) server. The cloud website is eur.boox.com.

The EUR server doesn't share data with the US server. If you choose it, you need to sign in to your account and sync all your notes to the cloud again. Any changes to your notes/data in the new server will not be shown on the US server.

Once you switch to the EUR server, it's recommended to use it constantly. Jumping between servers back and forth will cause data loss.
- Please use the same account to log in to the EUR server.
For other users using the US server, the data stored in it will not be affected by the maintenance. We're sorry that it can't sync notes currently. And we're working hard to restore normal service. Please stay tuned to our social channels and website for the latest updates.
