Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Charge the device using a power adapter or computer for several hours. Then, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to reboot the device.

If the charging light is on, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the light goes out. Then, press the button briefly for 2 seconds to see if the device turns on.

If the charging light does not come on, try using a different USB-C cable to see if the device can charge.
