Google Play Store

The Google Play Store provides a limitless collection of apps as the official app store for Android devices. It is pre-installed on some models. If you cannot find it in the Apps panel, please check your firmware version in the Settings panel and follow the steps below.
For Firmware V3.2 and Later
- In Home Screen, go to Apps and tap the hamburger menu on the upper right.
- Choose App management > Enable Google Play > GSF ID.
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Wait 1-48 hours. This may vary depending on your device. Then you will be able to use Google Play and download any app as you like.
For Firmware Prior to V3.2
- In Home Screen, go to Settings > Application > Enable Google Play > GSF ID .
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Wait 1-48 hours. This may vary depending on your device. Then you will be able to use Google Play and download any app as you like.
- If the above procedure does not work, you may need to reboot your device and check again.
