EU servers seems to be down?
Just want to add that it's fortunate I made a notes backup because apparently the notes disappear when you sign out from the onyx account which is, in my opinion, rather stupid tbh especially if there would be any server issues like this.0
A quickfix for this is to login to the US server because that does work apparently and the notes came back.0

In this case, please check if the firmware version of your device is the latest. If not, please update the firmware. You could check it in "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update".
However, if the problem persisted, we suggest reproducing this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.

I have the latest version and it is possible to sign in to and use everything with the US servers.
However I have to sign out from the US servers in order to try to connect to the EU servers and then the Feedback section is unavailable too hence why I report it here.
You can go to the push.boox site and try to sign in to the EU servers and you'll see that it's impossible to reach those, but if you change to US servers, it works.0
It now works to sign in to and use the EU servers =D0
