Nova Air won't update to firmware 3.3

I purchased a Nova Air (first model) early this year, for it’s small size (7”8). This device is shown as being able to update to Boox firmware 3.3. I am excited about this update because it introduces links in Notes and elsewhere. But when I go to the update menu, it says my device has the latest “micro programme” (my device is in French), and indicates version 3.2.4.

Am I missing something? I am in France. Is it a question of localization? Of device model?

  Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. The firmware v3.3.1 for Nova Air is released in batches. Therefore, it is normal if the device is unable to detect the new firmware. In this case, please wait until the next day and try to upgrade the firmware again.

  Thanks for the answer. However, I have tried 4 or 5 different days, in 3 different countries where I was travelling, and the update doesn't show up. I've checked today this page, which seems to indicate 3.3 isn't available for the Nova Air. This seems to contradict that page, which mentions the Nova Air (at the bottom of the page). All pages are on the official Boox web site.

  Is this just a question of time, and will this update be available later for the Nova Air?
