Onyx boox poke 2 frozen

My onyx boox poke2 only shows a frozen screen. I restarted it several times and drain the battery, it still shows the frozen image all the time. I'm sure the touch screen works, I accidentally access the light setting.

I was working with it and suddenly half the screen shows the screen saver and another half was what you see in photo.

  Please send me screenshots of a poke2 to guess the place of menus on my screen to reset factory it, maybe it works
