    "My Note Pro is also experiencing freezing issues after being updated with the latest firmware 3.3.2. For four years, I was very pleased with my Boox, but now my happiness has come to an end. 

    I tried to reset it to factory settings, but it didn't work. I also attempted to replace the battery with a new one just in case, but it didn't resolve the problem.

    The symptoms are as follows:

    1. Initially, you can start the device normally. However, after a random amount of time, the screen begins to distort and does not refresh the drawing, leaving ghost lines. The hardware then freezes. The only way to restart is to simultaneously press the reset button and the back button. Unfortunately, each time I try to reset, the product freezes during the startup process. I've attempted this numerous times, but the outcome is always the same.

    The only solution is to insert the power connector and restart. However, once it restarts, after some random time, the same issue occurs, and we're back to the point mentioned in paragraph 1.
