Can't translate due to network error although Google store is connected

  We apologize for the inconvenience.
   
  In this case, we suggest updating the firmware version to v3.3.2 via "Settings" > "Firmware update". After that, please download the Google Translate App from Google Play first. Then, you could follow the steps below to translate text via the Google Translate app instead of using the built-in translator.
