Ultra C says "not connected" but I am connected

    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    In this case, please try the following solutions and please let us know whether the problem persists.

    1. Please go to "Settings" > "System Settings" > "Date and Time" > turn on "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone. 

    2. Please reboot your device and your router, and then please try to choose the network you have connected to and press the “Forget” button. Then please try to reenter the password to connect to the network.

    3. If still unable to fix the problem, then please restore the device in the factory default setting. Please note that restoring the factory default settings will delete all data and files on your device. Please back up all important info/data before restoring the factory default. 

    To reset the device, please go to  "Settings" > "System Settings" > "Reset Device

    4. If still unable to fix the problem, we suggest reproducing this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback and Advice" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you ASAP after you submit the Feedback.​
