    Dear customer,

    We are afraid that the BOOX device does not support downgrading the firmware version. However, you can update the firmware to the stable version instead of the beta version. In this case, you can try to update the firmware again and check if it is possible to detect and upgrade the firmware.

    Regarding the issue with syncing to Dropbox, you could also try to follow the steps below to bind your Dropbox account to the BOOX device. This method for syncing documents does not require an Onyx account.
