NeoReader
Why is there no icon for the NeoReader? The only ways I have found to start it are (1) to open a File Manager (downloaded from the Google Play Store), navigate to the books, select the one I want and then use the "Open With" functionality or (2) open the Books collection, long press on one of the books and then select "Open With". I thought that there would be a NeoReader icon that I could just use to start the app and then select the book.
I thought I could get around the problem by installing the NeoReader app from the Play Store but that apparently either installed a second version of the app or over-wrote my settings because when I used that all of my previously set options were gone and I ended up resetting the tablet and starting all over again from the setup.

Dear customer,
We are afraid that the NeoReader is a default reader app. It will only be opened when you open a book. If you want to reset the NeoReader settings, you can follow the steps below to clear the NeoReader's storage.
Many thanks for your understanding!

I was asking about why there was no NeoReader icon that I could use to start the app without having a book to read. I was just curious and am unsure why I would want to reset the app settings. Would that show the app icon? Or was that just helpful information?

The instructions shown above do not seem to have corresponding icons on the Note Air 4C. That is, I can not follow them when using the UI on a Note Air 4C since they do not correspond to the actual layout, links and icons.
