No Internet access on Max3
I no longer have proper WiFi internet access. While I'm connected to my WiFi network, with an IP address, Android warns me that there is no Internet access. I continuously shows an x mark next to the WiFI icon in the notification bar.
However:
- My network is working fine. All other devices have Internet access, and I have restarted both the Boox Max3 and router unsuccessfully.
- Some Internet services on the Boox Max3 work (e.g. web browser, Wikipedia app) while others do not (e.g. Google Play app updates, download file from OneDrive app).

Sorry for the late reply. We are glad that your device was connected with WiFi successfully at the end. There are some tips for you as reference if you need to check the network connection later.
1. Please check the network first, and the Boox e-readers officially support the 802.11b/g/n network and could not connect to networks over 2.4GHz.
2. Please try to connect another Wifi network, such as mobile hotspot on your mobile phone or the McDonald's Wi-Fi.
3. Please kindly check whether you have built MAC whitelist on your router or not and whether your firmware is the latest one or not. If not, please try to update to the latest firmware first.
4. Please try to reboot your device and your router first, and then please try to choose the network you have connected and press the “Forget” button, then please try to reenter the password to connect the network.
5. Please provide a picture or video about the message from the device if you still could not connect to Wifi successfully.

Everything is back in order. I suspect the service that is being pinged to check Internet access was down.

It all went back to normal after a couple of hours and never happened again. I think there was a temporary issue with the connection verification service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this device.

Do you have any experience? Can I use greyscale in note app?

I don't really have any experience with drawing. But you can indeed use greyscale, and even simulate different colors, although they'll only appear when exporting the notebook.
