Neo Reader Bug: Missing Annotations, Drawing or Notes

First of all, I love Onyx Boox Note 12.2. I have had it for almost 2 years now. Then I decided to purchase a bigger screen Onyx Max3.

It seems the notes, highlights and drawings that I made on Note 12.2 are not visible on Max3. And vice versa, the annotations that I made on Max3 are not visible on Note 12.2.

However all the annotations, that were created on both devices, are visible on different pdf reader software such as Google, Adobe Pdf reader etc.

For some reasons the Neo Reader only shows the annotations that are only created on local device.

Could you fix this please??

  We are sorry that right now it' s unsupportive to synchronize notes and annotations on different devices. However, our technical department is working on notes synchronization. Pls keep eyes on our applications update. Thanks for your support!

  Furthermore, the new function we' re working on is to support checking, editing and transferring notes between our different devices.

  Hello, any news about this?

  I've just bought my new Lumi and I need to synchronize my notes between this one and my Nova Pro... I restored the last backup but l'd like to work on my notes on both. Is there some method to do that at moment?
