Ebook scribbling problem

I scribble Margin notes and pencil underline in ebooks unsung the reader. However many times, the reader alters the paging and layout of the e book, and after that my scribblings, such as margin handwritten notes and pencil underline are placed in different locations of the book, for example middle of page, over the text, etc. this renders the ebook scribbling almost useless and they may seem to be floating over the ebook.  is there a solution to this issue?

  FYI I have April 2020 version of the software 2.3 in my Note 2.

  Gonzalo, I have the same problem as you and I have described in more detail here: https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360070816231-NeoReader-app-broken-palm-rejection-and-stray-lines-disappearing-ink

  I am waiting for Boox to help me fix this issue but they don't seem to be listening.
