my ereader box note won't turn on

my ereader box note does not turn on, I put it in charge the blue and pink light flashes but it still doesn't turn on anymore

  Thanks for your post! Please follow the next steps to see how it works or not.

  1. Please charge the device with a 2.4A 5V adapter for several hours. Then hold the power button for the 20s to reboot the device.

  2. If the device does not reboot after charging and the light indicates, please restore the factory default settings. You can go to this link https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027488972-If-my-Boox-device-is-bricked-what-should-I-do- and learn how to restore the factory.

  If it did not work, please submit this Service Request Form via https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with all info needed and our relevant colleagues will reply back as soon as possible.
