    In this case, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. And please click the option "Send logs" which would be helpful to analyze and diagnose the exact problem. Our colleague will reply to you as soon as possible via email.

    ok, it is done, but more longer time to type on the device. (There isn't an email adress to contact them directly?)
