    In this case, you are suggested to use the other network to try if it works. If no, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.     I just submitted a request to help@boox.com  #4326 on this issue.  I was able to (manually) upgrade to the latest available firmware. Unfortunately, after the upgrade the following services still do not work:

    -- Boox submit feedback

    -- Boox Store

    -- Boox bid account

    -- Boox check for firmware upgrade

    Additonally (maybe related) Google Play services do not work either, and I suspect it is due to the device having lost Android certification, which would be a serious concern.

    Thanks, it was indeed a network issue; Access Control on the router had for some reason blocked the Boox device.
