Should we post bugs on this board?

    Hello Peter,

    Thanks for your feedback here. Apology for any inconvenience has caused. 

    We are sorry that you may feel unpleasant about our response saying that customers could send a Feedback via Boox devices. Since our technical team is working on the feedback online system every day, they can answer the software problems and try to fix the bugs if possible. Our technical team could trace the operation logs and we could not access to your documents when you send the logs to us. And sending logs is not a must and not mandatory if you do not want to. 

    And if you would like to feedback on some advice, we would love to transfer it to our relevant colleagues to see if we could get it better. Your precious suggestions will be really appreciated. 

    We count on your support always and thank you for your time.

    I agree with Peter. We should be able to submit bugs to this board as if it were any other bug tracking system. That way we (the community) can track the progress of bug investigation and resolution. Submitting feedback is fine for feature improvements but for bugs that impact everyone on a daily basis, it is more important that the community is aware of the issue being fixed or investigated.

    BOOX, please change your bug submission process so bugs submitted here are investigated and if they will be fixed, this is stated officially in the bug.
