Firmware V3 and Android 9

Hello support, we are soon in the middle of November 2020 and there is still no sign of Android 9 or Firmware V3 for Note pro. Both have been promised.
When do you expect a release?

  Does this note2 firmware work on the notepro? I too am hoping to get the Note Pro up to firmware V3 as they said we would, I bought this thing from their site this year, not realizing it would be so quickly replaced by Note 2 and Note 3.

  As far as I know and can see the firmware for NotesPro has not been published yet for download.

  It's only available for over the air upgrade at this time.

  It will be available on https://www.boox.com/downloads/#note-series at later date.

  That is normal Onyx procedure (probably not to overload their download page when a firmware is released)
