Cannot sign it on OneDrive, Word, Excel - it says "There's no network connection"
I'm using an Note Air with Build Number 2020-11-10_09-29_3_0_ed12109 (the last one) and when I sign in in OneDrive, I get "There's no network connection".
This happens with other Microsoft apps like Word, Excel or OneNote.
I tested this with two different wifi networks. It happens on both.
I was able to login on Microsoft Authenticator app so this is working.
I tried removing the apps, clearing their cash - reinstalling and (or) rebooting the device.
No success so far.
Any idea what should I do to be able to use OneDrive?

In this case, please long-press the app icon > click "Manage" > Click "Permissions" > and allow "Contacts".
Please check if the above method works, if not, please get to "App management" in the top right corner of the app sections > click "Auto Start Settings" > enable the apps that could not work. After that, please check if the problem persisted.

Hello.
I tried both method but the problem persists, it is, when I enter mi email on onedrive y click enter, it says "there is not net connection". I did this:
- Click "Manage" > Click "Permissions" > and allow "Contacts".
and also this:
-Get to "App management" in the top right corner of the app sections > click "Auto Start Settings" > enable the apps that could not work. After that, please check if the problem persisted.
-I also deleted the application and intalled it again and the problem still there.
I would be pleased if you could tell me step by step, how to submit bugs on Feedback, because I follow the steps of your previous email but i do not find the way on the menus of my expensive Lumin max 2. It is, I go to Setting/feedback but i do not know how to follow the process.

1) Get to the "Settings" page and click "Feedback"
2) Click the "+" icon at the bottom of the page
3)
4) After that, you could check for reply on the "Feedback History"

Hello and Thanks for your explanations but I followed your step by step guide, I clicked on the plus sign icon, I wrote the message, I marked the box "send logs..." but when I click on the icon "SEND" it says:
"Failed to send".
I can not understand so many difficults to report this problem.
Which could be the problem?.

In this case, we are wondering if the firmware version of your device is the latest? We suggest checking the firmware version on "Settings" > "Firmware updates".

Yes. I have the last version (V.3.2.1).
I also wrote to push.boox.com as you propose to me know,and gave all the details.
They answered to me that tested changing the net wifi and i did it but the problem still persisting. So they adviced me to report the bugs by feedback on the device but as I told you the device do not allow me to send the message and when I click on SEND ir say ERROR.
