Boox Note 3: Note erasing issue since the latest firmware update

Hi there,

I have just updated my device to the latest firmware.

Now when I take a note over a template, any writing that crosses a template line cannot be erased. The eraser just has no effect over anything that overlaps with the template line.

The only way to really get the lines to disappear is to refresh the note page. Which is not acceptable as a solution.

Can you please let me know what to do?

  I'm having the same issue. When erasing writing that intersects template lines, the intersecting pixels are not cleared without a manual screen refresh.

  I got a support reply yesterday - they said they are aware of the problem and that it will be fixed in the next update.

  Ah great, thank you. Let's wait then. I am hesitant in resetting the device and wait for the latest update.
