Nova Air Magnetic Case Page Turning Not Working

Hi. When I press the buttons on the magnetic case of Nova Air, it doesn't respond and couldn't turn the pages. What can I do?

  Please check if the case and the device are connected properly. Here is the picture for reference. 
  
  
  If the page-turning feature working fine on the normal epub file but not working on the third-party app. Then it would be the issue on the third-party app. However, we will do our best to update the firmware and make it more compatible with third-party apps.

  Any update on this? "we will do our best to update the firmware and make it more compatible with third-party apps" - why did you connect the buttons to the volume function in the first place ?  page up/down would have been the way to go...

  will it be possible to have a setting option in the app optimization for the volume buttons to map to page /up down
