In this case, we appreciated it if you could submit bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback

    By the way, the new firmware update for Note Air 2 will be available soon. In the new firmware update, the note feature and sync function are both improved and optimized. We believe that this issue will be resolved in the new firmware update. We understand that the BOOX Note app still needs a lot of improvements and we will do our best to fix the problem asap.

    Well I left the note app behind. I am using pdf note taking side of things and syncing to my onedrive. And it works well. I don't even want to go back and try something on the chance that it might be the improved version. It was definitely not internet issue, because pdf sync works very fast to sync hundreds of files in a few minutes. Whereas notes app could not even sync a few files properly. Also deleting and accessing notes from the backup service is also another nightmare. It took me several days to clean up the backups so that it won't eat up memories on the device. So thanks no thanks.
