Problem with TTS

Hi,

I am using my boox note air 2 for ordinary book reading. I really like the function of TTS. especially, where I'm tired of reading. I used to use this function in my boox note air 1st generation. I could adjust your speed and pitch in 1st but I can't adjust it in the 2rd. Really want use TTS with the speed I want. Please help.

  Dear customer, There are 2 ways to change the speed of speech:
  
  1) Open a book by the NeoReader and click the headphone icon at the toolbar
  
  Then, you could change the speed rate at the button:
  
  
  2) If you are unable to change the speed rate, you could also try the following steps:

  Hello Boox team.
  Yes I had tired this 2 ways but it didn't work. No matter how much I put up.
  Would it be the system problem?
