Hello ! I was wondering if I could order a Note Air 2 from your website and recieve it in the US and then to take it in east Europe with me as I am living there. If I unfortunately have problems with it or want to return it, can I do that from Europe in this case ?

  You could initiate a return within 14 days after you have received the product. Our return shipping address is in Hong Kong. As long as you could ship the item back to the Hong Kong warehouse, we will issue you a refund for your order.
