My new Note Air 2 is not synching Notes

    Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    1) Please check if you are login to the correct website. If your device is connecting to the US server, please log in to your account on the website: If the device is connecting to the EUR server, please log in: To check the server, please go to the "Settings" > "Server".

    2) Please check if the push website is using the old version of data. Please change to the new version and see if it is possible to see your notes.

    3) If still unable to resolve the problem, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​
