    Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    In this case, please try to create notes backup on your Note 2. And then, please restore the backup and see if the notes are still blank. To back up your notes, please follow the steps below:

    However, if the notes are still blank on your Note 2, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your Note 2. Please also tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​
