Touchscreen looks "unknown"

    Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    We are sorry that this issue is caused due to the hardware and we are afraid that the only to fix it is to replace the screen of the device. And we are afraid that we are unable to ship the componet itself. Therefore, we suggest sending the device to the repair center to fix the device. We will make sure the device is fixed and working properly before we send it back.  

    We appreciate your effort and understanding.
