White pages in Boox Assistant

Big proem after update to 3.3. After syncing notes in the Android Boox Assistant app, there are white pages in my notes. in Note 5 these pages are written. There are only 1-5 pages after exporting to pdf.

I have last version Boox Assistant.

  Since I have blank pages in Boox Assistant, I started the notes data update in the sync options, but after starting it shows 2% all the time.
