Add a note somewhere in a PDF which could be accesed by tapping on to it.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased a note 2 air plus. One of the features which can be helpful for everyone who uses this device is being able to have a key to switch to notes that were taken before on this page of pdf
for example, when I'm reading a pdf, on page 5, I need to split page and open a note and write 2 or 3 pages. If there were a feature that I could pin these notes the page 5, it would be great because this way, I could reach my related notes to this specific page of pdf immediately.
