Nova Air C Case buttons

The case buttons on my Nova Air C don't work in Scribd app to turn pages. They work in the library as well Kindle (another 3rd party app). But when I try to turn pages in the Scribd app, it goes to volume. Is there a fix for this?

  I have a similar issue after 2022-10-31 update.

  Previously Nova Air C case buttons can work with 3rd party apps when the Scrolling Buttons of Navigation Ball turned on, but currently they're not working at all. 

  How to fix this? Thanks.
