Unable to update Mira firmware

I have 2 Miras.

The old Mira has firmware 8@7, the new one 11@9. Every time i start the mira app it tells me there is an update available, but when i click on "new version" the upcoming "firmware" window shows no content.

Is it possible that your update-function has never worked?
