Boox Android app will not allow file push to note. Insufficient memory however the memory is empty. Deleted everything.

Insufficient cloud memory however the memory is empty. Deleted everything. The note files are all deleted yet it still shows full memory.  I feel like I need to dump this thing and purchase a Supernote. This think is useless.
