Open OneDrive pdf file in NeoReader

Note Air, build no. 2022-03-30_23-42_3.2.1_2ddc081 In the past, when I opened a pdf file in OneDrive, the pdf app had a hamburger menu where I could "Open in other App" = NeoReader. This menu has disappeared. How can I now open the pdf file in NeoReader? The pdf app is hopelessly slow for annotation; the NeoReader is much better.
