Syncing notes from the notes made on pdfs

Hi, I have made many annotations on my pdfs after using my onyx boox for a year now.

1. how do I access the whole pdf along with the scribbled annotations from my mac?

2. is there a sync option like on the notes?

3. am I supposed to be able to see the library on push.boox.com?  (when I select the tab that says 'library' on the push.boox.com website page it says 'no data')

4. what does the icon in the bottom right of the Library home page do (it looks like a circle with two arrows, like sync)?  It says 'refreshing the library will not erase the reading history', but what does it do?  If it refreshes what does it refresh it to or from?
