OneNote is Sluggish

Bought this Note Air 2 specifically to use with OneNote.  Unusable for all intent'/purpose and tech support is absent.  I will give it another couple of days hoping to find optimization settings but am frustrated.  Any tips'/tricks out there？I am running firmware 3.3.  Any suggestions?
