Split View and tranlate quota

I want to translate a book in split view but the Onyx, Bing and Google translate options reach a limit of words per day. If I look at the documentation at I read this:

Split-View (Doc & Translation)
This supports Baidu Translate and Bing Translate andprovidesfullpagetranslation. This also supports multiple target languages;
Your BOOX needs to stay connected with internet;
Some translation engines have a limit on the number of wordsperday.

I can't find the translation page for the tips about this problem. Also I do not see the Baidu translate option. If I search for the Google quota limit I came across this page. It looks like I have to pay for the Google Translate service.

My question is: Is it possible to use the translate function without a quota per day? If not the Onyx book is useless for me.
