How do I open epub+zip books?

I'm not sure if this is an Android issue or Boox specific.  I have ebooks in epub+zip format and OSX Book application can open it without issue.

But my TabUltraC seems to just treat it like a directory.  NeoReader can't recognize it as epub book.

I noticed it's being treated just as a directory even in the storage (folder) view already.  So I thought this might be an Android issue.  Any idea?
