Boox Tab Ultra C microsd card slot will not open

I just received my Boox Tab Ultra C yesterday.  I cannot open the microsd card slot.  I have used the tool provided by Boox, but the slot does not open.  There is no information in the user manual or on YouTube about this issue.

Can anyone help?
