My tab x no longer allows me to drag and rearrange apps in the home screen.

I would appreciate any help in solving this annoying mystery.

  Dear customer,

  In this case, you could go to "Settings" > "Desktop & Screensaver" > toggle off the "Lock Layout". After that, you will be able to drag and rearrange apps in the home screen.
