Can't access push.boox.com

I've tried to access push.boox.com on both Safari and Chrome, from my pc and iPhone as well as my boox assistant app and none are working. What can I do, this is very frustrating.

  I think the documentation is outdated. Just open the BooxDrop app and there you will see the ip-adress and port that you can enter on your pc to access the device. Enter the exact ip-adress and port! Also no https! This should work instantly if your PC and device are on the same wifi network.
