Pages of notes disappeared
Recently went on a business trip where I was taking extensive notes with Nova Air 2, the device was offline and not connected to the internet while I was travelling. A few days later I tried to review my notes to discover that all those pages were gone! The notebooks are there but pages of notes taken while offline are all missing.
Please advise if there is any way to retrieve the missing notes.

We are sorry that your notes will hidden when you log out of your Onyx account. In this case, you could simply log back into your Onyx account and your notes should appear again.
