Annotations App: Very large "icon" crashes the app

Dear all, I accidentally added a very large image (70MB) as icon for one of my folders for handwritten notes in the annotations app. The app didn't check how big the icon is, tried to load it and freezed. Then it began restarting over an over again without me being able to intervene. I searched in the annotations folder on the hard drive, found the image and deleted it. No success, keeps crashing. Then I deleted the cash and all my content from the app, still no success. What do I do? Cannot use the app at all.
