Feature Request: Smart Scribe fill tool

Hello Team ! The new smart scribe features are awesome, I use them all the time. I also use the fill tool every day. However, I find it quite annoying to select the fill tool every time I need it. I have a feature request that could be useful for everyone:

As part of Smart Scribe feature, when the user draw a dot and holds his pen on a shape for N seconds, the shape will be filled with pre-selected fill tool color.

  That's a cool idea if I understand it correctly.  I think it would be more robust to hold-point inside the shape rather than on it.  There are complications here, obviously -- what happens to anything that is inside the shape?  It seems to me like it should be "hi-lited" rather than covered over - unless of course the fill colour is the same as the previous item -- in which case it would just disappear.
