Highlighting pop up no longer works on Note Air 3c

Yesterday I could highlight, underline and otherwise annotate my pdfs. But now the pop up with all the highlight options doesn’t appear and all I get is a wavy line. It’s as if the pop menu is no longer available. Please help.

  Could you provide a little more information about what you're doing?  It sounds like you're using AI Mark Recognition to hi-lite some text (ie. by underlining it) and expecting the Hi-liting menu to come up and it doesn't?

  Perhaps try turning AI Mark Recognition off and selecting text with a finger gesture and see if it comes up correctly?
