Font size change option not always available to PDF files

Hi, everyone,

I'm quite happy with my new Note Air 3 that I have been using and learning for a few days.

One issue regarding the font size change when reading PDF files.

Most of the times the option of increasing or decreading the font size is available from the main menu.  But sometimes, the option is totallly absent. It also happens to one same file.

Would appreciate some help.

  Dear customer,

  The icon for changing the font size is not available in the PDF files. They are available in epub and Word files.

  That's more a function of PDF format than something Onyx can do --- PDFs contain font size and page layout information and are not a "flowable" format.
